Refund & Return Policy

⚠️ Important: Please record an unboxing video for all deliveries. This is required for transit damage claims.

1. Replacement for Damaged Products

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for products damaged during transit. To be eligible:

  • Report the damage within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide an unboxing video as proof
  • Email us at hello@walltouch.in with your order ID and the video

2. No Returns for Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our wall panels (cut and produced to order), we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference. Please review the product details carefully before ordering.

3. Refund Process

If a replacement is not available for your damaged product, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer — please share your bank details when raising the claim.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, call us immediately at +91 8498831832. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

5. Defective Products

If you receive a product that is genuinely defective (manufacturing defect, not transit damage), please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will assess and offer a replacement at our discretion.
