1. Dispatch Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link via SMS/email.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders across India. There are no hidden charges — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
4. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, a tracking number and courier partner details will be shared via the email/phone number provided at checkout. You can track your package directly on the courier's website.
5. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@walltouch.in. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most PIN codes in India. Our team will call to confirm COD orders before dispatch. Please keep the exact order amount ready for the delivery agent.
